Overhaul Property Ventures LLC is a local real estate property solutions company based in Massachusetts. We specialize in buying, renovating, and reselling distressed homes in the South Shore area. In addition, we rehabilitate and redevelop properties throughout the state with the intention of revitalizing communities and encouraging home ownership and financial freedom.

When the company was founded in 2019 by Greg Griffin, he envisioned OPV to be an essential part of the area's renaissance as we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of South Shore and its neighborhoods, and furthermore, increase the standard of living and improve the quality of housing for all residents. As part of our long-term plan of becoming deeply involved in the development of the community, we would also like to pay it forward to organizations and charities that share parallel ideals with our company. 

Essentially, we want to empower everyone we work with, not only as individuals but as members of a thriving community.
